To my faithful readers - but mostly Aunt Ashley

I have not been able to post because I was stung by a bee while I was taking a bath. Seeing that you (Aunt Ashley) are a doctor I should have called you right away, but Mama and Dada were there to save me from this savage beast. I mean this thing was huge. There is a picture of it later on in the post. That’s right; my parents were able to snap a shot of this thing…while it was on my back.

I have also been up to many other adventures:

I met my Aunty Emmy and read about WWII with Grandpa.

Then we got to go visit Uncle Jeremy and see his mama’s new house.

I also talked to Aunty Clarissa who is in Florida and cannot call home very often.

I have also been practicing my “Don’t even think about it” face and my “I’m sorry, please don’t get mad” face. I think I am getting them down fairly well.

We also went through all the clothes that don’t fit me anymore and put them into boxes.

I’ve also been practicing my stupid human trick. I’m the “boy who cried Cheerio”.

And I’ve been working on climbing and reaching and looking like a stud.

Oh…and here is that bee. Maybe I spelled that wrong.

Look what I can do

Watch and learn.

1. I will show you how not to get off a couch.
2. I will show you how to get off a couch.
3. I will show you how to take baby steps . . . like a baby.

My goodness where has the time gone?

I can’t believe how long it has been. Sorry for not posting in awhile, faithful readers. So much has happened in the past month. On April 7th I woke up at 7:30 and ate breakfast with Dada. Then we woke up Mama and I played while Dada got ready for work and Mama showered...Wait a second… if I go through this last month with this much detail, it could take a month to read, let alone write. I’ll just give you the highlights.

On April 18th we left at about 6 pm for Mama’s Mama and Dada's, and arrived there at about 10 that night. It was a good drive until just north of Seattle where there was several inches of snow. Fortunately Mama was driving, so I knew we were safe. I had a wonderful visit with family and friends and I got to open presents for birthday. I really like birthday – especially when I get to celebrate it 3 times.

We spent the nights at Mama’s Mama and Dada's and the days at Aunt Lynn and Uncle Mark’s with Tracy, Ryan, David, Krissy, Brett and Chloe; with Mama’s Mama’s Mama; at Aunt Ashley and Uncle Adam’s; and with Uncle Geoffy. It was a fun full trip.

We returned home on Monday the 21st to the busy apartments. But I was well rested and ready for the hard work. Mostly what I do is reorganize the desk drawers over and over again. They are hard to keep organized. It seems like a never ending job.

Other news from this past month: on May 1st I took my first steps. Have I since? …no way.

Yesterday, Dada came home from basketball and said he wanted to go and do something. We went to McMinnville to visit some of Mama and Dada’s friends and visit aunt Mindy at work and hang out with Dada’s Dada and Mama. I was so excited I only slept 30 minutes in the car and was awake the rest of the day. It was lots of fun. Dada tried to get me to walk for Dada’s Mama, but I get embarrassed because I fall sometimes, so I didn’t want to.

Well thanks for staying faithful. See you all when I write in a month.
